3. Matches, Chats, and Calls
RizzChat connects users through random matching. We do not guarantee any match result, user behavior, or uninterrupted access to the service.
4. Reporting and Moderation
Users may report others for safety or conduct issues. We may investigate reports and take action, including warnings, restrictions, match removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.
5. User Content
You are responsible for content you send through the app, including chat messages and profile content.
6. No Recording Without Consent
You must not record, capture, or redistribute other users' calls or content without permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to RizzChat at any time if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, or abused the service.
8. Disclaimer
RizzChat is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not responsible for the conduct of other users.
